California Coastal Home

I love photographing interesting architecture even though I’m nowhere near an expert in architectural styles or terminology. My latest work for John Merrill Homes was this beautiful new home in Neptune Beach. I thought it had Mediterranean influences, so I asked the homeowner. She calls the style “California Coastal.” Sounds good to me. And it looked even better. This home has been owner occupied for months, but it was cleaner than most models and decorated with designer touches. Among the amazing features are a huge galley kitchen with floor-to-ceiling cabinets, a custom wine cellar, and a charming European garden in the backyard.
