Riverfront Mediterranean Estate
The January weather cooperated with deep blue skies for one beautiful day as I photographed this recent John Merrill Homes project. Situated right on the St. Johns River in the historic Empire Point neighborhood, this gorgeous home features Mediterranean architecture, a full bar, gorgeous home office, modern kitchen with gorgeous custom cabinetry, a classic living room, and, of course, stunning views of the river — from indoors and out.
